2. Physical (exposure to low or high temperatures) method

includes all methods of disinfection widely used at home:

boiling, freezing, steaming or UV radiation, drying, calcination,

etc.

3. Biological method is the use of antagonist microbes in order

to destroy dangerous pathogens, a specific method of

disinfection is used in specific areas.

4. Chemical method is the destruction of dangerous microbes using chemicals.
